|
Luxury, spacious 6 bedroom villa set on Hamtpon Lakes will provide everything that you would need for a relaxing, home from home vacation.
Decking Area
Large south facing decking area is host to a 28foot swimming pool and seperate Jacuzzi, both of which can be heating in the colder months.
The is still sufficient room for all the sun loungers, chairs, tables etc, and the all important gas BBQ for the outdoor eating.
Pool towels are provided!!
Family Room
The Family room has been furnished to allow a choice of either relaxation on the large corner suite whilst watch Cable TV, or playing on the Playstation 2. Or, maybe enjoying a game of pool on the 8ft, slate bed pool table.
Independantly air conditioned.
Living Area
The family room overlooks and has access to the pool/deck area and
is furnished with three sofas, occassional tables, TV, VCR and DVD.
Kitchen Area
For your convenience there is a full sized washing machine and
tumble drier allowing you to cut down on the amount of clothes you
bring leaving room in your cases for the wonderful bargains on offer
in the shopping malls!
The kitchen has a breakfast area, dishwasher, waste disposal,
fridge/freezer with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, full
size cooker and lots of gadgets beside -especially the essential
corkscrew!
Dining AreaA formal dining room for those more special occasions.
BEDROOMS
The Master
The master bedroom has ensuite facilities with seperate bath and
shower cubicle, plus large walk-in closet and a US king sized bed,
large than UK king sized.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is en-suite with US queen sized bed.(UK King
sized)
Bedroom 3
A third master is en-suite with a bath and shower facility.
Additional bathroom serves remaining bedrooms
Ample towels and bed linen are provided free of charge and the house
is cleaned between lets.
Free use of baby equipment - cot (crib), pushchair (stroller), High
Chair.
Free safe facility.
The house is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans fitted to main
rooms.
Local management company available 24 hours to help with any
problems.
SMOKING
For the comfort of all guests we don't allow smoking inside the
house - so please smoking only on the deck area.

Hampton Lakes (as featured on ITV's I WANT THAT HOUSE) set among
orange groves and gently rolling hills is a development of luxurious
